EASTER COURTESY
At the Springhill Suites Baton Rouge Airport, the staff retained kind
attitudes and provided courteous hospitality when I was checking in with my
mom. The room we were given was clean and well-organized and we were
satisfied with the entertainment that was included with our stay,
especially the TV apps and the pool! The bed and general décor and room
colors made me feel like I was right at home. It was soft and comfortable
and I had no problem lounging inside and relaxing after a long day of
driving. My mom especially loved it and slept like a baby in the bed during
both nights of our stay there.

JUST A ROOM
Room is okay for the price. Food was not desirable, front desk was
friendly;
but wanted you to come down for whatever you called for. I’m used to being
brought whatever I ask for at a hotel.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
No water anywhere in the dining area at all. This answer came from asking
one person in the dining room and then another with the customers as you
come in the front door. Then they have exactly 2 stainless containers. One
had a bagel and egg with 1/2 stale on one side and 1/2 soggy on the other
wrapped in cellophane. The second container had waffles wrapped in
cellophane. The most disgusting thing ever.
