Industrial3D shares an epic 3D production that showcases a rather technical tool
in stunning 3D animation, creating an exciting experience for any viewer. This
3D downhole drilling animation introduces the Gun Runner System by Jet Oil Tools
/ Magnesium Machine. The Gun Runner System – a patent-pending system – provides
operation simplicity and safety – saving you time and money.

This 3D downhole drilling animation introduces the Gun Runner System by Jet Oil
Tools / Magnesium Machines. Industrial3D had the honor to work with Jet Oil
Tools/Magnesium Machine to visualize their downhole drilling system. The Gun
Runner System allows you to safely trip in zero concerns of guns not firing,
therefore having to tractor back into the hole. The patent-pending system by
Magnesium Machines is designed to pump gun and plug assemblies downhole at over
20bpm to set the plug. If the guns don’t fire, the plug will still be open,
allowing continued trips in and out of the current frac zone. This system
provides operation simplicity and safety – saving you time and money. The Gun
Runner System can be customized and fine-tuned to fit specific flow rates – for
both higher or lower rates.

Introduction

Electric cars have been an exciting concept with ideas and new styles for years.
However, one consistent problem when presented with an electric car is the
charging aspect. First, how far can the car drive when charged? Or, where will
it recharge? And, how long will it take to recharge? However, a new invention
could change all of that with a new 21st Century Electric Generation motor. The
Electromagnetic actuated generator can recharge itself as the vehicle drives,
thus solving all the problems above. The United States has patented this
invention, and the Patent Owner is Bill Lewis Sr. The Electromagnetic Platform
Motor (EPM-2) has U.S. Patent No. 9641045.

Discussion

The Electromagnetic Platform Motor (EPM-2) is an Electromagnetic actuated
generator mechanism. The magnetic field in use with the EPM-2 is a powerful
electromagnetic device, similar to what is used in a wrecking yard to move heavy
pieces of metal. It is on a platform with a track and wheel system that has a
mechanism controlled by the magnetic field of a wound coil of magnet wire. The
logistics of how the EPM-2 works are rather technical – the magnetic current is
supplied by DC battery packs. First, the magnet connects to multiple levers with
a ratchet system that transforms the reciprocating mechanical power into a gear
transmission system. Finally, this transmission system connects to an electrical
generator for converting the mechanical power to electrical energy.

Because the EPM-2 is a very technical invention, it is difficult to explain and
show to potential investors; therefore, a patent animation comes in handy.

Process

For a patent to be “seen,” it’s essential to highlight the capabilities of the
EPM-2; therefore, a technical animation is the answer. With Industrial3D’s
experience, the patent owner turned to I3D to visualize the technical patent
design.

The first step of this process is to create a storyboard from the EPM-2 patent
and technical drawings. The next step is to create the animated sequences of the
storyboard, make it fancy and finally send it out into a 3D rendered animation.
Finally, a voiceover artist explains the technical details shown in the
animation.

distributed AC sockets, 5V smart charging points, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

In addition to electrical options for passengers, conventional functions such as
windshield wipers, braking systems, door control, and collision warnings are all
systems that must be working efficiently and safely in the rail industry.

As more trains include advanced electrical connections and interworkings, safety
becomes a concern. The safety concerns require the electrical systems in rail
infrastructure to operate efficiently and reliably under extremes in
temperature, humidity, and vibration. Bel Power Solutions understands this

Bel Power Solutions came to I3D with a need to display its wide range of
products for rail travel in a new format – an interactive environment. Bel Power
Solutions already had PDF catalogs showing products, as well as products listed
on the website. But, it was time to take product browsing to the next level.

Many electrical parts & products come into play in the rail industry. From
passenger safety and comfortability to proper train function – Bel Power
Solutions can take care of these requirements, providing fully customized power
solutions & protection for safe electrical usage.

What are some of the products offered by Bel Power Solutions Train Technology?

• Accessibility for passengers: wheelchair lifts, door controls, and a ticket
system

• Train control and function: electrical parts integral for train headlights,
rearview cameras, brakes, the driver desk, and more

• Passenger comfort and convenience: components for USB charging sources, toilet
systems, infotainment, and onboard bistro or vending, as well as onboard
batteries

with creating a 3D, interactive rail experience for Bel Power Solution’s
website.

Process & Solution

Several elements have to come together to make a 3D animation, break it down
into segments, and turn it into an interactive website. The first focus was the
opening shot, showing the train parked, as all the products start their
presentation from this viewpoint. Once I3D had the primary opening down, I3D
started to lay out the different “levels” of interactivity. This setup included
creating product shots and short animation clips to move the user through the
railway system. The initial interactive concept was created in PowerPoint and
then brought to I3D’s web development team to bring it to life online.

I3D created a 3D electronic train and rail system with call-out buttons. These
call-out buttons are a clear and visual way to showcase the many different areas
that utilize power sources or electrical parts offered by Bel Power Solutions.
These buttons cover Accessibility, Driving Aid, Passenger Convenience, Power
Electronics, Safety, and Wayside. The user can click on each area for more
detail, virtually traveling through or next to a 3D train to the appropriate
location, and see each part offered by Bel Power Solutions.
