As organizations and software products scale, it can be challenging keeping
teams aligned on your company's vision and delivering the right value.

I will help your product and engineering leaders establish autonomous teams that
can best deliver value independently, without getting in each other's way.


TEAM AUGMENTATION FOR LEADERSHIP

At times, you may find your organization with a gap in engineering leadership,
perhaps there is a special initiative that requires short term oversight across
one or more teams or you are in a smaller organization that needs to define the
engineering roles and guard rails.

Whatever the reason, I can provide fractional leadership for teams of less than
20 software engineers, while we find the right long term solution.

So you are a new manager, or you've just promoted a great engineer to a
leaderhips role. Balancing the new demands of team leadership and people

industries from games, to accounting to finance, start-ups to enterprise
organizations. I will bring this breadth of experience to your organization.

My goal is to support your team with what they need, help them succeed on their
own, then make myself obsolete.

I am dedicated to helping technical organizations develop their people, define
guard rails and effectively manage complexity. As an engineer by profession, I
understand the challenges that come with running technical teams in today's
environment, marked by change, growing complexity, and the pressure to achieve
results. My experience in leading engineering teams across various industries
has equipped me with valuable insights that I can bring to your organization.

reached a size where organizing engineering teams, and developing engineers
becomes a complex problem. I help companies navigate problems that start to
