Work at home agents play a vital role, liaising between various customers and the business entities in which we represent. As a WAH Agent, you would be assisting customers answering general questions and resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues via chat or phone.
