FLEXI-LEASE EXPLAINED…

Our Flexi-Lease solution offers you a range of options after just 2 years –
Change, Continue, or Cancel.



Our unique Flexi-Lease solution is our most flexible solution for businesses
that need full control over their hardware. When you get to two years into your
lease, your dedicated account manager will get in touch and give you the
following 3 options:

 * Change – We understand that technology changes at a fast pace, therefore, we
   offer a chance to change your kit after just 24 months.
 * Continue – Once you have reached 24 months into your lease, you can decide
   whether you want to change or continue. If you want to continue, this means
   keeping your existing equipment, then for just £1* + VAT, you can gain
   ownership of your equipment. *Subject to renewing into a new lease within 30
   days of expiry, alternatively the price will be £59 + VAT.
 * Cancel – If you choose to return your equipment, we can cancel the last year
   of your agreement. Your remaining payments will then be cancelled.

Everyone these days is on some sort of lease or subscription. Whether it be your
car, Netflix, or your mobile phone, you pay monthly for them. It’s now easier
than ever to do the same thing for your hardware and save your cash flow.

+What are my end of lease options on Flexi-Lease?

After 2 years into your lease, we will contact you and offer you a chance to
either Change, Continue or Cancel.

+Do you provide insurance or do I need to get it?

We can add this for you at any time throughout your lease. This is an extra
charge and will be added to your lease direct debit if you haven’t provided any
details of your own policy that covers the equipment. This protects us all
against any immediate loss and any knock-on consequences.

+Can I choose to keep the devices at the end of my lease?

Yes. At the end of your lease, you only pay a nominal fee per device and you
will have full ownership of the devices.

+Can I cancel my lease at any time?

You can cancel after 2 years into your lease. Your remaining payments will then
be cancelled. There is some small print on this and a £75 fee for bringing the
device back and erasing the data.

+Can I trade in my old equipment and then lease some new hardware?

Yes. We will give you an instant valuation on your old/existing Apple and
Windows devices. You can get money off your lease solution.

+What kind of support will I receive with my devices?

You will get 3 years technical support, warranty and a free loan device should
we need to collect yours for repair.
