This connector was built and is maintained by Aquera, which builds new Okta connectors in 1 to 5 days with an on-demand model. This provisioning connector supports the full range of use cases around Okta integration. The connector supports Single Sign-On, Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle Management use cases which gives you the flexibility to deploy the solution most important to you first and with the same connector add others when you are ready. The supported Okta use cases are: Single Sign On * SSO Dashboard synch with manually created accounts * Sync of randomly generated passwords from Okta when SWA (secure web authorization) is used * Password reset sync when SWA is used or when Thick Clients are involved Identity Governance * Importing governance data for analysis including rogue account detection Identity Lifecycle Management * Provisioning (creating) new user accounts * Updating user account information * Deactivation or deletion of users including account cleanup The connector operates in the Aquera SCIM Gateway, which is a SOC 2 Type II audited service running in Amazon Web Services. Aquera will provide ongoing support for all technical requests for the support of this connector. The Aquera application has been verified by Okta who will collaborate with Aquera to resolve any integration issues the partner raises to Okta Support. To obtain an Aquera application assignment for your tenant please visit support.okta.com to open a service request and include the following details: * Name of your application or endpoint * Name of Aquera app which is the Aquera app with Basic Authentication * Support acknowledgment where you acknowledge that Aquera will provide all technical support for this connector.
