Here's what you need to know DEAR CARDMEMBER, We are writing to inform you that we are making changes to the American Express Corporate Card Terms and Conditions. These new Terms and Conditions will be effective from 18 August 2023. Below you will find a short summary of the changes but please ensure to read the new Terms and Conditions carefully. SUMMARY OF CHANGES Changes Clause No. Details Changes in: Use of the Card/Code(s) Corporate Card 3.a We have included additional information on how Cards offered by American Express may be used. New section added: Time of receiving and executing a payment order Corporate Card 4 We have clarified the execution time between when a payment order is transferred to American Express and the Cardmember's Account being charged. Changes in: Payment Corporate Card 14.g We want to make you aware that payments to American Express must be made from an Account established in the Cardmember's or company’s name.
