Axon Psychiatry is dedicated to offering the most comprehensive treatment option
for difficult to treat psychiatric conditions. We utilize a unique combination
of interventional psychiatric techniques such as Spravato, IV Ketamine, and
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, along with functional and holistic
approaches, and even complementary and alternative methods. We are committed to

OUR SERVICES

SPRAVATO

Spravato is a novel antidepressant which can be effective even when multiple
other medications have failed. We accept most insurances for Spravato.

IV KETAMINE

IV Ketamine is a unique approach which can be used to treat a variety of mental
health conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD.

TMS

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) uses magnetic pulses to optimize areas
of the brain involved in mood regulation, attention, movement, and other brain
functions.

NEUROFEEDBACK

Neurofeedback uses real-time monitoring of brain activity (EEG) to provide
feedback to the patient in a way which allows patients to train their brain to
function more efficiently and effectively.

VIRTUAL REALITY EXPOSURE THERAPY

VRET uses VR technology to assist with exposure therapy for PTSD, OCD, phobias,
and other anxiety disorders from the comfort and safety of your own home.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

We offer aggressive medication management for your psychiatric conditions which
includes the most up-to-date and newest medications, as well novel approaches to
the use older and off-label medications.

FREDERICK STODDARD II, MD/PHD

Dr. Frederick Stoddard specializes in treatment resistant depression,
mindfulness based treatments for anxiety/PTSD, and addiction. He utilizes a
combination of intensive psychotherapy and focused medication management when
appropriate. In more difficult to manage cases, Dr. Stoddard is experienced in
using aggressive medication management with TCAs, MAOIs, and S-Ketamine. Therapy
is a critical component of his management combining elements of psychoanalysis
and CBT techniques.

SHARON KATZ, PMHNP CNS CRNP

Sharon Katz, PMHNP CNS CRNP has over 35 years of psychiatric APRN experience
treating patients holistically as well as with traditional psychiatric methods.
Treating significantly Depression, OCD, Bipolar, PTSD,  autism, and more serious
mental health issues, patients have benefited from her knowledge and passion
both as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a psychotherapist through use of
genetics, psychedelics, TMS and other innovative techniques.
