We are a grocery delivery service on a mission to reduce food waste. Shopping
with us is simple.

 1. Sign up and share how you like to shop through a quick quiz.

 2. We assign you a shopping window and delivery day, based on where you live.

 3. Each week, we’ll start your cart pre-filled with food we think you’ll like
    based on your preferences and what’s in season. You’re free to add and
    remove items to build the perfect order for you.

 4. We deliver your order on the same day every week to reduce emissions.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU HAVE?



We offer a full lineup of carefully curated groceries that are the best of their
kind, a little imperfect, and always delicious. This includes farm fresh
produce, pantry staples, animal and plant-based proteins, dairy and
alternatives, beverages, snacks, and more. We also offer many exclusive items
you can only get through Imperfect. Most importantly, our groceries help build a
less wasteful world.

WHAT MAKES SOME OF THE FOOD IMPERFECT?



Some of our groceries have cosmetic quirks, irregular sizes, or are just
surplus, which means they used to go to waste or get undervalued. While they may
look different than what you’d find in a store, they’re sustainable, delicious,
and high-quality! We also source a wide range of sustainable, affordable
groceries (with no imperfections) to satisfy all your shopping needs.

DOES IT COST MONEY TO SIGN UP?



It’s free to sign up and there are no subscription or service fees—ever. We
automatically charge you for the groceries in your cart after your shopping
window closes plus a delivery fee. You have the final say over every order when
