AIR FORCE PAQ HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

We’re seeking recent undergraduates and graduate students for Force Support
training through our
PAQ Program.
During your experience, you’ll work shoulder to shoulder with current Human
Resource Program
Managers and staff on rewarding projects, where you’ll make real contributions
while gaining
invaluable real-world experience.
As a Human Resource Specialist PAQ, you’ll perform a number of functions to help
AFCS
accomplish its mission, including helping with recruiting, selecting, and
placing employees,
performing job analysis and workforce planning, improving employee/labor
relations, conducting
research, coordinating efforts, and advising management in identifying,
attracting, maintaining,
and retaining a high-quality and diverse workforce.
Demonstrating knowledge of current policies and practices and staying abreast of
regulations,
policies, and recent developments in program areas will also be key components
of
your responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
• U.S. citizenship required
• Recent graduate (within two years of completing degree)
or full-time undergraduate/graduate student enrolled in
an accredited college or university graduating during
current semester
• Individuals with degrees in Business (any discipline),
Human Resources, Public Administration, Organizational
Communication, Speech Communication, Public
Administration, English, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling
are highly desired
• GPA 2.95 or above
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance (funded by USAF)
