Welcome to our wellness community! Our journey began with a personal quest for
effective healing approaches, inspired by early health challenges. This path led
to a deep exploration of natural and holistic methods to support the body’s
innate ability to heal.

 * From understanding the right foods to promote optimal health, to discovering
   rapid recovery techniques from viruses and bacteria, every experience has
   shaped our holistic approach. We believe in questioning any pain or change in
   the body and fostering awareness of its needs. Since my twenties, I have
   embraced a drug-free lifestyle. Over the years, I have successfully healed
   pneumonia and COVID-19 using cold water therapy. I’ve managed stress and
   anxiety through breathwork and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy,
   and alleviated pains with infrared light and oxygen therapy.
 * After moving to the US in 2001 and facing the stress of a divorce, I
   experienced persistent pain and emotional distress, which manifested as
   painful nodules. This led me to explore energy healing modalities such as
   Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Reiki, and breathwork. These practices
   were transformative, helping me understand and heal the root causes of my
   discomfort. Today, I am dedicated to helping others heal from stress,
   anxiety, and trauma using highly effective and swift methods.
