 DORAMAR PLAZA is the newest addition to the retail scene in the Metropolitan
area, conveniently located 15 minutes from San Juan and easily accessible right
off PR-22 (Jose de Diego Expressway) on Exit 24, the main exit from the
expressway to the city of Dorado.  With an adjacent traffic flow of over 150,000
vehicles daily and positioned as the last retail stop out of the Metropolitan
area until reaching Barceloneta 20 miles away, it is strategically located to

Most of these food shops are among the leaders in sales in Puerto Rico. The
center also offers specialty shops such as Vit Jewelry, Beautiful Body, Jennifer
Fashion, La Nueva Era, and medical offices.
 
     More than 800 parking spaces will be available to service DORAMAR PLAZA. 
This ample parking area has been combined with a carefully planned layout to
