How early should you schedule a massage?

It`s best to book your appointment a few hours in advance. If you are unable,
for various reasons, to comply, we will do our best to accommodate you with
shorter waiting times.

Do i have to specify in the inquiry what type of massage I want?

When it comes to cupping, it us necessary  to mention in the inquiry that the
therapist should bring the necessary tools to carry out the process, for other
massages it is not necessary to specify.

If you are not sure which massage would be the best for you, let the therapist
help you by explaining the differences between massage, so you can choose what
suits you.

What information should I provide to masseuse prior to massage?
If you have health problems, it is necessary to tell the therapist so that can
decide whether and which technique would suit you best.
 
Conditions in which massage is not performed:

  – infections diseases,
  – skin changes,
  – burns,
  – organ bleeding,
  – menstrual cycle,
  – implanted pacemaker,
  – fractures,
