This user guide will explain provide an overview of the Social Media end user
authorization process.

Steps


ENABLED USERS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA ARCHIVING WILL RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION EMAIL TO
COMPLETE THE AUTHORIZATION PROCESS FOR ARCHIVING. 

This email sometimes gets sent to Spam or Junk folders, and the Subject line
will read "Activation Required: Smarsh Social Media Archiving."
 * Note: These automated emails for Social Media Activation come from the
   address "no_reply@smarsh.com"   Please ensure this email address is not set
   to go to your spam or junk folder and is not being blocked by any mailbox or
   server level filters. 

The Following articles can be provided to your End Users to walkthrough the
Social Media authorization process to archiving after receiving the authorize
email.

Additional Information
Note: Smarsh will NOT post on any user's behalf. The opt-in process may ask
end-users to approve "post on behalf" permissions to enable social media
archiving.
