   A1 - The platform is not affiliated with any political or regional party. It
   is open to all scientific, professional, and voluntary entities and
   competencies recognized for the purpose of establishing and building Sudan.

 * ? Q2 - What do “deemed entities” mean
   
   A2 - It is any civil entity officially registered under the Humanitarian
   Action Law, non-profit organizations, unions, or professional associations
   for the benefit of Sudanese people after the outbreak of war. The
   consideration increases according to practical experience and balance of
   dealing with funding agencies.

 * ? Q3 - The purpose of the platform
   
   A3 - The platform ultimately aims to find a sufficient number of voluntary
   civil entities capable of bringing funding and implementing effective
   projects to build Sudan through identification and networking between
   funders, donors and these civil entities.

 * ? Q4 - Is the platform an intermediary channel between funders and entities
   
   A4 - No, the platform is not an intermediary channel, but rather a networking
   platform that provides a classification definition of civil entities
   operating in Sudan to funders and donors.

 * ? Q5 - What if the entity is active but not officially registered in any
   country
   
   A5 - Classification of entities as follows Category A - Deemed entity, which
   is an entity officially registered under the Humanitarian Action Law,
   non-profit organizations, unions and professional associations. Category B -
   Entity (unregistered) recommended by a recognized entity. Category C -
   Unclassified entity. ...An entity that is not officially registered in any
   country falls under Category (B) if it is approved, and under Category (C) if
   otherwise. The platform displays these classifications, follows up on
   classification updates for each of them, and carefully investigates the Class
   A classification.
