Read more Posted on Google Gavin Harries 2 years ago Super job & very professional (from front to back office) - we just completed a full renovation of our property (both inside & out) and the one job we had complete confidence in and was totally stress free for us during the renovation was our pool fence installation. I wish I could say the same about the rest of the job lol. From the start, Crystal Glassbuild were very courteous, professional, extremely helpful both with assistance and suggestions during the design phase, and their were very efficient and effective in the build stage. A first class job!! Also, during the the course of our renovations we had various delays that impacted the installation of the pool fence due to rain interruptions, drainage issues, electrical and swimming pool issues. All I can say is that Crystal Glassbuild were very flexible and understanding, and they simply said to us, 'do what you need to do, don't stress, and we will finish the job when your ready'. And ironically enough, when we were ready they were there to finish the job in a very timely manner. I say ironically because not everyone does what they say.....Crystal Glassbuild do!!!! Extra yard - we also had concerns about our swimming pool fence obtaining a safety certificate due to issues not related to the new pool fence installed, and Crystal Glassbuild went the extra yard to ensure our pool would be compliant by assisting us to resolve those other issues. One less stress for us to worry about at that time. In closing, I cannot thank Wojtek and Margaret enough as their willingness, experience and expertise made our lives much much easier during the renovation. Thank you!
