Hey, everybody. My name's Todd and I have been with ADT over 16 years as a Team
Manager. And I'm based out of Knoxville, Tennessee. And, you know, one of the
most enjoyable things about my job here at ADT is knowing that what I do and
what we do as an organization day in and day out can truly, you know, really
help somebody, right? So what we do is something very special and it's very
different from a lot of jobs out there in that what we get to do is protect
people's lives and their properties, right? So knowing that and knowing that no
matter what your role is here at ADT, we all work together with a common goal of
making sure that we are there for our customers in their moment of need, and
really can just, you know, make a difference and save someone's life or save
someone's property. And that is just something really cool that you may not find
with a lot of jobs out there. So that's what I really enjoy about it.

What's my favorite thing about working for a mission-driven company like ADT is
I'm in charge of my own future and what I want it to be. In the last 18 years, I
have learned so much and continue to learn every day, I get to help people
around me so we can all achieve whatever end state goal we're looking for,
taking care of the customer, taking care of all of our employees, making good
financial business decisions, just making sure that I know that I have an impact
in whatever end result I'm looking for.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

What's the most rewarding part of my job? Well, it's a couple of things. The
first thing is I get to work with some really amazing people who I consider some
of my best friends in life. We've encouraged and grown in our careers together.
And we genuinely care for one another, but the most, probably the most rewarding
thing is the work that we get to do. We get to meet new people and dive into
their worlds and really lean in to figure out how we can help. What we do can
help and enhance their life and their businesses. And we just go for it. And we
partner with people to help protect what they love the most, who they love the
most and what they care about the most. And I go home every day knowing that I
help someone. So that's probably the most rewarding part of my job.
