HELP US TO SAVE MONEY, AND PAPER, IN JUST A COUPLE OF CLICKS

 



 

As a member of The Wine Society, you hold a share in an organisation that is
owned by its members and run for your benefit.

This means that, from time to time, we need to get in touch with you as a
shareholder of The Society. We have a legal obligation to send you printed
communications of matters arising under the Rules of The Society (such as the
notice of AGM), unless you tell us that you are happy to receive them by email
instead of post.

Sending these communications by post is very costly and of course does not
support our goal of being a more sustainable Society. To post these proposals to
those members who have not agreed to receive them by email, our printers tell us
that it represents the equivalent of 12 tonnes of paper. That, together with
postage, will cost The Society around £66,000.

It would therefore help The Society, and you, the members, enormously if you
were to opt to receive these communications by email. You can do this quickly
and easily by clicking below.
