GIS AT A GLANCE

Established in 1948 in Grand Isle, Louisiana, GIS began as a modest company
serving the commercial fishing industry. It quickly evolved, entering into the
emerging Oil & Gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico. Just as its founders, Clyde
and Ouida Pregeant, responded to clients’ ever-changing needs, GIS has advanced
and diversified to become one of the industry’s most capable and trusted energy
partners.

GIS offers clients a single point of contact to utilize our 20 strategically
located facilities, 2,700+ employees, and 20+ service lines. Serving upstream,
midstream, and downstream markets, we align our services with operations from
