     Total Home Wi-Fi
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is an upgrade available for our Full Fibre
     broadband services that are supplied with an Amazon eero on the Openreach
     footprint. If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage (as detailed below)
     with your Full Fibre service, we’ll provide you with additional
     configuration and technical support and, where necessary, additional Amazon
     eeros to achieve it.
     
     
     
     Our Total Home Coverage Promise: Total Home Coverage means you have a
     download speed of at least 10Mbps in all eligible rooms. We’ll help you
     achieve Total Home Coverage, where your home falls within the following
     parameters: (i) up to 6 bedrooms; (ii) no basements, cellars or below
     street level rooms; (iii) no outbuildings or garden rooms; and (iv) any
     other reasonable parameters notified by us from time to time. Where you
     aren’t achieving Total Home Coverage, you agree we may send an engineer to
     investigate.
     
     
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is only available on our Full Fibre services
     that are supplied with an Amazon eero, including Fibre 150, 500 and 900 on
     the Openreach footprint. Our Full Fibre and Total Home Wi-Fi services are
     not available in all locations.
     
     
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is subject to an initial phone or online home
     assessment. If your home doesn’t pass our assessment, you won’t be eligible
     for our Total Home Coverage Promise as we may be unable to help you achieve
     Total Home Coverage. However, we may still be able to help you improve your
     home broadband coverage. If you still wish to purchase the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on despite such ineligibility, you may, but you won’t be able to use
     the cancellation option noted in the optimisation period section below. 
     
     
     
     A new 18 or 24 month minimum period will apply to your Full Fibre service
     and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on from your upgrade date, as agreed with you and
     detailed in your order confirmation email.
     
     
     
     We won’t charge you for the remaining duration of your current Full Fibre
     service or apply an upgrade fee, but you’ll have to pay the ongoing monthly
     charges for your Full Fibre service and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on for the new
     minimum period, as agreed with you and detailed in your order confirmation
     email.
     
     
     
     What you must do: Provide any reasonable information requested by us, and
     follow reasonable instructions given by us, regarding the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on.
     
     
     
     Optimisation period: If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage in the first
     45 days of your upgrade, you may cancel your Total Home Wi-Fi add-on (but
     not any other service) without paying a contract breakage fee, provided:
     (i) you tell us before 5.30pm on day 45; (ii) if requested by us, you let
     us conduct an in-person home assessment to validate the failure to achieve
     Total Home Coverage; and (iii) any Amazon eeros provided as part of the
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on are returned to us in accordance with our
     instructions, and in the condition they were provided. If you cancel your
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on within your minimum period after day 45, or you do
     not return the applicable Amazon eeros in accordance with the above, you’ll
     be charged a contract breakage fee equal to £6 for each full month
     remaining in your minimum period. If you cancel any other services, other
     contract breakage fees may apply.

   * Fast Broadband
     
     Latest offer for the entire minimum term of your contract (£19.95 per month
     for 24 month contract, £21.95 per month for 18 month contract, £32 per

     required for equipment delivery.
     
     
     
     This plan has broadband with average speeds of 11Mb/s. Average speeds are

   * Simply add NOW
     
     The NOW service is provided to you by Sky UK Limited. For full NOW terms

     Available to new and existing customers on Fibre 35, Fibre 65 and Full
     Fibre 65, 150, 500 and 900 packages. In order to enjoy a NOW Membership
     through TalkTalk, you will need to be an existing TalkTalk TV customer or
     add TalkTalk TV to your order. TalkTalk TV is £5 a month. You will need to
     activate the NOW service by completing the NOW activation process. You will
     receive instructions on how to activate the NOW service via email.
     
     If you remove TalkTalk TV, you will not be able to add any additional NOW

     third party), you cannot take the same NOW Membership, until the existing

     Netflix
     
     The Netflix service is provided to you by Netflix Services UK Limited. The
     other services included in the Fibre with Netflix offer are provided by
     TalkTalk Telecom Limited (“TalkTalk”).
     
     To use the Netflix service you must have Internet access and a Netflix
     ready device. Standard definition viewing requires broadband download
     speeds of 3Mb/s, High definition viewing requires broadband download speeds
     of 5 Mb/s. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the

     In order to enjoy the Netflix service as part of your Fibre with Netflix
     offer, you will need to activate the Netflix service by completing the
     Netflix activation process. You will receive instructions on how to
     activate the Netflix service via email or text message.
     
     
     
     If you already have an existing Netflix account, you can link it to your
     Fibre with Netflix offer when you activate Netflix as part of your Fibre
     with Netflix offer. Netflix will continue to charge you separately for your
     existing Netflix account until you link that account to your Fibre with
     Netflix offer. For any queries regarding your billing with Netflix for your
     existing Netflix account please contact Netflix directly.
     
     
     
     If you link an existing Netflix account to your Fibre with Netflix offer,
     terminating the Fibre with Netflix offer or switching between content
     options as part of your Fibre with Netflix offer will not automatically
     cancel your Netflix membership, and Netflix will automatically resume
     charging your existing payment method that they have on file once your

     If and to the extent that the Netflix Terms of Use related to billing,
     payments and cancellations conflict with the terms of your customer

   * TalkTalk TV
     
     TalkTalk TV is available to all TalkTalk Fibre and Full Fibre customers.
     TalkTalk TV Access Fee to be paid on a rolling monthly basis. TalkTalk TV
     can be added at any time and broadband contract will be unaffected. Minimum
     TalkTalk TV commitment is 30 days and can be cancelled with 48 hours notice
     any time thereafter (broadband contract length still applies and cannot be
     cancelled mid contract). If TalkTalk TV Access Fee is cancelled part way
     through a billing cycle, a credit for the remaining part of the month will
     be applied in the next cycle.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     TALKTALK TV HUB
     
     TalkTalk TV Hub is available to TalkTalk TV customers on selected Full
     Fibre 65, 150, 500 and 900 packages. For the best experience, you should
     connect your TalkTalk TV Hub to the internet and to a TV aerial.
     
     Features pause and rewind (for up to 90 minutes), and access to over 70
     Freeview channels with 15 in HD and 7 day catch up. Number of SD and HD
     channels may vary over time. 7 day catch up available on certain channels,
     however may not be possible for all programmes on these channels. Please
     visit the Freeview coverage checker for expected channel availability.
     
     TV Hub provides access to on demand content and subscription apps
     (additional subscriptions may be required). Available apps include BBC
     iPlayer, ITV Hub, Netflix, Prime Video, NOW and YouTube plus access to the
     Google Play Store to download other apps and streaming services. Use of TV
     Hub requires agreement to YouView terms. Use of the available apps may
     require you to sign up to additional terms and conditions before use, as
     well as to sign up to an account. You will need to have a Google Account
     and agree to their terms and conditions before accessing Google Play.
     Please note that use of any applications downloaded on Google Play may
     require additional sign-up and terms and conditions agreements.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     TALKTALK TV 4K BOX
     
     TalkTalk TV 4K Box is available to TalkTalk TV customers on Fast Fibre.
     Powered by Netgem TV, the TalkTalk TV 4K Box is a Freeview Play device.
     £9.45 setup fee. Free postage for existing customers. For the best
     experience, you should connect your TalkTalk TV 4K Box to the internet and
     to a TV aerial.
     
     Features pause and rewind (for up to 90 minutes), and access to over 170
     channels with 15 in HD and 7 day catch up. 7 day catch up available on
     certain channels, however may not be possible for all programmes on these
     channels. Limited recording is available but requires a 32Gb minimum USB
     stick to be plugged into the USB port at the back of the TalkTalk TV 4K
     Box. A USB stick will not be provided by TalkTalk. TalkTalk TV 4K Box
     provides access to on demand content and certain subscription services
     (additional subscriptions may be required). Available platforms include;
     BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, NOW. Minimum connection
     speed of 5Mb/s required to stream HD content. TalkTalk TV 4K provides
     access to 4K content on BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Prime Video, BT Sport and
     YouTube. You will need a 4K supported TV to be able to watch in 4K. Minimum
     connection speed of 20Mb/s required to view 4K content. Please visit the

     If you stop paying the TalkTalk TV access fee, TalkTalk may limit TalkTalk
     TV 4K Box features and content availability and may only return the box to
     its full capacity once TV access fee is fully paid.
   
   * Total Home Wi-Fi
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is an upgrade available for our Full Fibre
     broadband services that are supplied with an Amazon eero on the Openreach
     footprint. If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage (as detailed below)
     with your Full Fibre service, we’ll provide you with additional
     configuration and technical support and, where necessary, additional Amazon
     eeros to achieve it.
     
     
     
     Our Total Home Coverage Promise: Total Home Coverage means you have a
     download speed of at least 10Mbps in all eligible rooms. We’ll help you
     achieve Total Home Coverage, where your home falls within the following
     parameters: (i) up to 6 bedrooms; (ii) no basements, cellars or below
     street level rooms; (iii) no outbuildings or garden rooms; and (iv) any
     other reasonable parameters notified by us from time to time. Where you
     aren’t achieving Total Home Coverage, you agree we may send an engineer to
     investigate.
     
     
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is only available on our Full Fibre services
     that are supplied with an Amazon eero, including Fibre 150, 500 and 900 on
     the Openreach footprint. Our Full Fibre and Total Home Wi-Fi services are
     not available in all locations.
     
     
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is subject to an initial phone or online home
     assessment. If your home doesn’t pass our assessment, you won’t be eligible
     for our Total Home Coverage Promise as we may be unable to help you achieve
     Total Home Coverage. However, we may still be able to help you improve your
     home broadband coverage. If you still wish to purchase the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on despite such ineligibility, you may, but you won’t be able to use
     the cancellation option noted in the optimisation period section below. 
     
     
     
     A new 18 or 24 month minimum period will apply to your Full Fibre service
     and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on from your upgrade date, as agreed with you and
     detailed in your order confirmation email.
     
     
     
     We won’t charge you for the remaining duration of your current Full Fibre
     service or apply an upgrade fee, but you’ll have to pay the ongoing monthly
     charges for your Full Fibre service and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on for the new
     minimum period, as agreed with you and detailed in your order confirmation
     email.
     
     
     
     What you must do: Provide any reasonable information requested by us, and
     follow reasonable instructions given by us, regarding the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on.
     
     
     
     Optimisation period: If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage in the first
     45 days of your upgrade, you may cancel your Total Home Wi-Fi add-on (but
     not any other service) without paying a contract breakage fee, provided:
     (i) you tell us before 5.30pm on day 45; (ii) if requested by us, you let
     us conduct an in-person home assessment to validate the failure to achieve
     Total Home Coverage; and (iii) any Amazon eeros provided as part of the
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on are returned to us in accordance with our
     instructions, and in the condition they were provided. If you cancel your
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on within your minimum period after day 45, or you do
     not return the applicable Amazon eeros in accordance with the above, you’ll
     be charged a contract breakage fee equal to £6 for each full month
     remaining in your minimum period. If you cancel any other services, other
     contract breakage fees may apply.

     Calling Boosts Monthly Boost charges are additional to your Plan and are
     subject to change. All Boosts have minimum duration of 1 month. Once added,
     you'll continue to receive the Boost until you opt-out or your broadband
     service ends (we need 48 hours' notice to terminate). We'll have the Boost
     activated as soon as possible but will confirm when it goes live with an
     activation email. Boosts are billed in advance.
     
     International Max Calling Boost 1500 inclusive anytime minutes to 55
     international destinations plus the Channel Islands. Applies to calls made
     to standard price landline and mobile numbers, and excludes calls to
     international premium satellite calls and non-geographic numbers. Click

     is 60 minutes per call and the call must start between 7pm and 7am on
     weekdays or anytime at the weekend.
   
   * Router Entitlement
     
     Our TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub is included with Fibre 35 and Fibre 65, Ultrafast
     150 and 250, and Fibre 65 Full Fibre plans and limited to one per
     household.
     
     Amazon eero mesh router available on Full Fibre 150, 500 and 900 full fibre
     plans only. One eero included with Full Fibre 150 and 500, though
     supplementary eeros can be purchased by contacting TalkTalk. The eero
     device is restricted use and can only be used on the TalkTalk broadband
     network and with TalkTalk eero enabled packages, otherwise they may be
     deactivated.
     
     A compatible mobile phone is required to use the eero app and install your
     eero device and will be confirmed at point of sale. You will need to agree
     to Amazon eero Terms and Conditions and read their Privacy Policy.

     BROADBAND SPEED CODE OF PRACTICE
     
     In TalkTalk we have voluntarily signed the residential version of Ofcom’s
     Code of Practice. By this we are sharing speed information, for both upload
     and download, factors affecting speed,  upfront or after sale with our
     customers. For speeds in specific, they are based on actual performance
     metrics of customers on the same product, during peak hours and according
     to the Ofcom methodology, so that our customers can take an informed
     decision on selecting our products. These speeds are from TalkTalk to your
     router/hub and are not inclusive of Wi-Fi speeds between your hub and your
     wireless device.  More specifically we provide, in different touchpoints,
     the following:
     
      1. Speeds: Normally available (download and upload), minimum (download and
         upload),  maximum (download and upload), advertised/headline (download
         and upload).
     
      2. Traffic: Explanation around actual speeds, impacting factors, speeds
         required for common uses and any policy that could impact speed.
     
     The code gives the right to our customers to exit their contract without
     penalty if the speed falls below the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed we
     promised and more specifically if the customer’s actual download speed
     falls below the minimum guaranteed download speed given at point of sale on
     a daily basis for at least three successive days, whether continuously or
     intermittently, after reporting of a speed problem, and we can’t fix the
     problem within 30 days. If you're a new customer on the Fibre 35/65 or
     Ultrafast 150/250, your line will go through a stabilisation period of 10
     days, when your speeds may fluctuate. Read more details about how the

     signing of the code.
     
     If you are using an eero device provided by TalkTalk, we suggest your using
     the speed test provided within the eero app, or visit our speed test page
     for other devices.

     Please note that The Broadband Speed Code of Conduct after 1st March 2019
     protects you if your throughput speed is lower than what we promised when
     you signed up with us. The Broadband Speed Code of Conduct before 1st March

   * Monthly Allowance
     
     There is a monthly billing allowance on all TalkTalk packages. If you go
     over your allowance you will be barred from making outgoing calls from your
     TalkTalk landline (excluding calls to the emergency services) and you will
     be unable to select on-demand TV services. You will still need to pay for
     all charges in excess of your allowance limit. Please check My Account for
     further details.
   
   * Fibre Speeds
     
     Unlimited Fibre 35 Broadband - On average 4x faster Compared to TalkTalk’s
     average download speed on Fast Broadband. TalkTalk’s average download
     speeds are based on the download speeds of at least 50% of our customer

     Unlimited Fibre 65 - On average over 6x faster Compared to TalkTalk’s

     We may contact you about our product and services. If you do not wish your
     details to be used for this purpose, please write to us at; The Data

     stating your full name, address, account number and mobile phone number.
   
   * 30 Day Great Connection Guarantee
     
     You can cancel your Faster Fibre contract within 30 days of your line being
     connected provided that you cancel by calling 0345 172 0088.
     
     You will be charged for the period prior to your cancellation, including
     any set up or delivery charges. This does not affect your cooling off
     period. Offer does not apply to existing customers.
