Q: I just bought this night cream, used it three times and now it won't dispense
cream. The pump seems to be working, but nothing comes out. Is there a way to
fix this?

A: Since the product has not dispensed after several pumps it may indicate that
air is trapped in the tube. Generally turning the bottle upside down and giving
it a few firm hard pats with the palm of your hand will release the air and will
have the product pumping as it should.
