My name is Nathan McCracken, I am a freelance vector artist specializing in
brand design. I am currently studying graphic design at Keene State College. I
started teaching myself graphic design slowly over time starting in early 2016.

I like to gather as much information about the project and establish a quote for

TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction

The following Terms of Service is an agreement between Nevit Digital
(hereinafter, "us", "we", “our”, or "nevitdigital.com") and you ("the customer"
or "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms of service of
your use of the services and resources made available by Nevit Digital and of
the nevitdigital.com website.

By purchasing any product or service provided by Nevit Digital, you agree to be
bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this
Agreement, you are not authorized to continue using the products or services.

Reserved Rights

1.A Nevit Digital reserves the right to decline any of the provided services to
any user, without reasoning.

1.B Nevit Digital reserves the right to modify service and product prices at any
point without reasoning. This does include auctions.

1.C Nevit Digital reserves the right to display any version of your provided
product on a public portfolio page.

Auction Terms

2.A When a bid is placed the customer is bound to the price stated in the
auction.

2.B The first customer to place the highest bid, before the end of the auction
period, wins the auction.

2.C The Buy it Now (BIN) price can and may change at any point, this is decided
by Nevit Digital, depending on high auction activity.

2.D Any Buy it Now (BIN) offer can and may be rejected depending on high auction
activity.

Refund Policy

3.A Nevit Digital is not required to refund on any service transaction. You may
request a refund from Nevit Digital if seen fit.

3.B Refunds are not available for any digital products sold by or licensed by
Nevit Digital.

Payment Dispute Policy

4.A Opening a dispute or charge-back request against a payment sent to Nevit
Digital is a direct violation of our terms of service. This will result in your
resource licence being revoked if the dispute is not cancelled within 48 hours.

4.B Any successful dispute or charge-back towards a payment to Nevit Digital
will result in an immediate, but most times temporary, blacklisting of your
payment address and internet address (IP Blacklist).

4.C If there is something wrong with your purchase, or you did not receive the
product you purchased, you are required to contact Nevit Digital via the
preferred contact methods. If there is no reply within 72 hours, you may then
open a dispute on the transaction.

Reselling Policy

5.A The resale or redistribution of any of Nevit Digital's products in any form
is not permitted. Your product license will be revoked, and your payment and or
internet address will be blacklisted.

5.B If you are interested in reselling a product provided by Nevit Digital, we
require you to contact us before reselling the digital product(s). Direct
reselling is not permitted under any circumstance.

Ownership & Rights

6.A Products sold by Nevit Digital are not under your ownership after purchase
and can not be resold or claimed as your own in any way.

6.B The customer has full rights to resell any exclusively made graphics after
completion of the product.

6.C After an exclusive graphic is complete Nevit Digital is allowed to display
any version of your service product on any of Nevit Digital’s public portfolio
pages.

6.D Removing the credit to Nevit Digital on your service product is a violation
of terms. If you would like to remove the credit, please contact to have it
added to your invoice.

Changes to Terms & Privacy Policy

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Nevit Digital may change its Terms
of Service and or Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Nevit Digital's sole
discretion. Nevit Digital encourages visitors to frequently check this page for
any changes to it's Legal Page. Your continued use of this site after any change
on this Legal Page will constitute your acceptance of such change.
