NEEDS AN UPDATE
The longer we stayed the more we saw in this hotel. Very large place with
only 2 ice machines was surprising. The lighting in the room was very dim
and depressing. Our room in particular had a huge red stain on the floor
that brought immediate attention to the floors which weren't vacuumed. The
curtains were stained, looked like a rust to best describe it and crunchy.

SKIP THE BREAKFAST
If you are given breakfast coupons at check in don't think you are actually
getting breakfast. If you're not eating at 6am you can bet the food will be
gone or cold and you'll be lucky to get silverware, cups or a clean table.
If you do find breakfast expect someone to ask you to pay and additional
$10 per meal even though they did not even have enough to feed everyone!

The staff as a whole is absolutely exceptional! Smiling and greeting you
everything you passed. Offering assistance if you seemed like you lost your
way to the meeting rooms and or locations you wanted to get to. The
offering of local area sites, eateries and shopping if you needed to get
out of hotel itself!

Disappointed with dinning and lack of. Food at banquet wax poor; lack of
dinning on Sunday as well as no 24 hr resturant; no transportation to and
from airport and or bus stop. Given that we all are Visually Impaired and
Blind therefore unable to drive a disappointment that there was no
transportation.

25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped
