DIHOCO REMOTE SUPPORT

There are times when we need to access your computer and your home automation
equipment, in order to resolve issues that can only be handled from within your
private home network. On those rare occasions we will need to "take over" your
computer.



Remote Support

DiHoCo uses Zoho Assist, a cloud-based remote access service. Using a secure
connection to your computer we will be able to assist you and troubleshoot any
issues on your computer, control system and network. Once the session is done,
all remote access is turned off and your computer will return to its normal
state.
