NLRB Administrative Law Judge Michael Silverstein held Wednesday that a dress code provision restricting clothing with logos at the New York City Starbucks Roastery Reserve cafe was illegally broad. The dress code allows for one pin in support of a labor organization, but prohibits pins advocating for personal, political, or religious issues. It also restricts workers from wearing clothing that shows large designs or logos, according to the ruling. The case stems ...
