From the West Exit of Akita Station, take the Kanda-Asahino Line (神田旭野線)bound
for Akita Kosei-Iryo Center (秋田厚生医療センター行き), via Tentokuji Bypass and
Kanda-Asahino(天徳寺バイパス・神田旭野経由).
The bus will arrive at the nearest bus stop to DELTA HOSTEL [Hara-no-machi/原の町]

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Atle DELTA (address: 7-68 [2F], Hodonoharanomachi, Akita City, Akita Prefecture,
Japan; hereinafter referred to as "the facility") (address: 7-68, Hodonoharacho,
Akita City, Akita Prefecture, Japan [2F]) is an accommodation facility operated
by Outcrop Co. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is an accommodation
facility operated by Outcrop Co. Guests who stay or intend to stay at the
Facility (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") ("the Company"), who stays or
intends to stay at this facility ("Guest"), must understand and accept the terms
and conditions set forth below (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Guests who stay
or intend to stay at this facility (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") must
understand and accept the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred
to as "Terms and Conditions").

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
Accommodation contracts and related agreements entered into by this company with
guests shall be governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions, and
any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by
the laws and regulations, etc. (meaning laws and regulations or those based on
laws and regulations; the same shall apply hereinafter). The same shall apply

shall notify the Company of the following items in accordance with a form
prescribed by the Company or a third party service provider.

Other matters deemed necessary by the Company
In the event that the guest requests to continue his/her stay beyond the date of
stay stipulated in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during his/her stay, the
Company shall treat such request as a new application for a contract of
accommodation at the time such request is made.

Article 3 (Formation of Accommodation Contract, etc.)
An accommodation contract shall be formed when the Company accepts the
application described in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply
when the Company has made it prima facie clear that it did not accept the
application for the accommodation contract, even when the accommodation contract
has been indicated online as having been completed.
When an accommodation contract has been concluded pursuant to the provisions of
the preceding paragraph and the Company has determined an application fee, the
guest shall pay said application fee by the date designated by the Company, and
if said application fee is not paid by the due date, the Company shall be able
to cancel the accommodation contract. In the event that the Company specifies an
application fee" means the case where the Company specifies an application fee
either on the Company's website, on the website of a third party who acts as an
agent for the accommodation reservation, or in the notice of acceptance of an
application for an accommodation contract made by the Company individually.
The deposit shall be applied in the order of the accommodation charge, penalty
and compensation to be finally paid by the guest, and any remaining amount shall
be returned upon payment of the charge as stipulated in Article 12.

Article 4 (Request for cooperation in infection control measures at the
facility)
The Company may request the person who intends to stay at the hotel to cooperate
in accordance with the provisions of Article 4-2, Paragraph 1 of the Ryokan
Business Law (Law No. 138 of 1948).

Article 5 (Refusal to Conclude an Accommodation Contract)
The Company may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following
cases. However, this paragraph does not mean that the Company may refuse
accommodation in cases other than those listed in Article 5 of the Ryokan
Business Law.
When an application for accommodation does not conform to the provisions of
these rules.
When there is no room available due to full occupancy.
When the Company reasonably determines that the person seeking accommodation is
likely to conduct himself/herself in a manner contrary to the provisions of law,
public order, or good morals in connection with the accommodation.
When a person who intends to stay in the room is deemed to fall under any of the
following (a) through (c).
Boryokudan (organized crime groups) as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Law
Concerning Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Law No. 77,
1991) (hereinafter referred to as "Boryokudan"), Article 2, Item 6 of the same
law (hereinafter referred to as "Boryokudan"), Boryokudan members (hereinafter
referred to as "Boryokudanin") prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 of the same law
(hereinafter referred to as "Boryokudanin") (iii) Boryokudan, quasi-Boryokudan
members or Boryokudan-related persons and other antisocial forces.
Boryokudan or a juridical person or other organization whose business activities
are controlled by Boryokudan or Boryokudan-involved persons.
A juridical person of which any of its officers falls under the category of
Bouryokudan-in (organized crime group) member
When a person who intends to stay at the inn behaves or acts in a manner that
causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
When a person who intends to stay at the hotel is a patient, etc. of a specified
infectious disease prescribed in Article 4-2, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Ryokan
Business Law (hereinafter referred to as "patient, etc. of a specified
infectious disease"). (2) When the person seeking accommodation is a patient,
etc. of a specified infectious disease as defined in Article 4-2, Paragraph 1,
Item 2 of the Inn Business Law (hereinafter referred to as "patient, etc. of
specified infectious disease")
(2) When a violent act of demand has been committed or a burden exceeding a
reasonable range has been demanded with regard to the accommodation (when a
person seeking accommodation has violated the Act on Elimination of
Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 65 of 2013,
hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Elimination of Discrimination against
Persons with Disabilities")). (2) When a person who intends to stay at the
accommodation is asked to bear a burden that exceeds a reasonable range. (except
when a person seeking accommodation requests the removal of social barriers
pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 2 or Article 8, paragraph 2).
(2) The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the
use of the room.
When a person who intends to stay at a room repeatedly makes a request to the
Company as specified in Article 5-6 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Ryokan
Business Law as a request whose burden is excessive in its implementation and
which may seriously impede the provision of accommodation-related services to
other guests.
When the inn is unable to accommodate guests due to natural disasters, breakdown
of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
Even in the event that the Company refuses to conclude an accommodation contract
for reasons falling under any of the items of the preceding article, the Company
shall not be obliged to explain the reasons for refusing to conclude the
accommodation contract.

Article 6 (Guest's Right to Cancel Contract)
The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by expressing his/her intention
prior to the stay. However, if the indication of intention to cancel the
accommodation contract is made after the deadline specified by the Company, the
guest shall be obliged to pay the penalty specified in a separate document.
If the guest does not arrive at the hotel by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the stay
without prior notice (if an estimated time of arrival has been specified in
advance, the time after that time), this company may deem the accommodation
contract to have been cancelled by the guest and treat it as such. In such a
case, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the guest.

Article 7 (Our Right to Cancel the Contract)

When a guest repeatedly makes a request to the Company as stipulated in Article
5-6 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Ryokan Business Law as a request whose
burden is excessive in its implementation and which may seriously impede the
provision of accommodation-related services to other guests.
When a guest cannot be accommodated due to a force majeure such as a natural
disaster.
When the guest does not comply with the prohibition of smoking in the bedroom,

Article 8 (Accommodation Registration)
On the day of the stay, the guest shall register the following items at the

Article 9 (Hours of use of guest rooms)
Guests may use the Company's guest rooms from 3:00 p.m. on the day of stay until
11:00 a.m. on the last day of stay (check-out day).
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company may
accept the use of a guest room outside the hours stipulated in the preceding
paragraph. In such case, the following additional charges shall apply
1,100 yen per hour in excess (tax included)

Article 10 (Compliance with Rules of Use)
Guests shall comply with the Rules of Use separately established by the Company
in the Company's facilities.

Article 11 (Business Hours)
The hours of operation of the Company's facilities, etc. shall be from 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. However, detailed information on the hours of operation of the
Company's facilities, etc. will be provided in the brochures provided, on
notices posted in various places, in the service directory in the guest room,
etc.
The hours in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary or
unavoidable. In such a case, the hotel will notify the guests by appropriate
means.

Article 12 (Payment of Charges)
The accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the guest shall be in accordance
with the separate sheet.
Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. set forth in the preceding paragraph
shall be made at the front desk at the time of the guest's departure or when
requested by the Company, in Japanese currency or by a travel check, room
voucher, credit card or other method acceptable to the Company that can be
substituted for such payment.
Except in cases where the contract is cancelled in accordance with Article 6,
accommodation charges, etc. shall accrue regardless of whether or not the guest
has actually stayed at the accommodation.

Article 13 (Liability of the Company)
In the event that the Company causes damage to a guest in the performance of the
accommodation contract and related agreements, or in the event of
non-performance of such agreements, the Company shall compensate for such
damage. However, this shall not apply when the damage is not caused by reasons
attributable to the Company.

Article 14 (Handling of Deposited Items, etc.)
In the event of loss, damage, etc. to articles, cash, or valuables left at the
front desk by a guest, the Company shall compensate for such damage, except when
such damage is caused by force majeure. However, in the event that the Company
requires the guest to disclose the type and value of cash and valuables, and the
guest fails to do so, the Company shall compensate for such damage up to 50,000
yen.
In the event of loss, damage, or other loss of or damage to articles, cash, or
valuables that a guest has brought into the hotel and has not left at the front
desk, for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall compensate for
such loss or damage. However, if the type and value of the articles have not
been disclosed by the guest in advance, the Company shall compensate for such

Article 15 (Storage of Guest's Luggage or Personal Effects)
In the event that a guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to his/her stay,
the Company shall responsibly keep the baggage only when it has been accepted by
the Company prior to arrival, and shall deliver it to the guest when he/she
checks in at the front desk.
In the event that a guest's baggage or personal belongings are left behind by
the Company after the guest has checked out, if the owner of the baggage or
personal belongings is found, the Company shall contact the owner and request
instructions from him or her. However, if the owner's instruction is not given,
or if the owner is not known, the Company shall keep the baggage for 7 days
including the day it is found, and then report it to the nearest police station.
In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the Company's responsibility for

and to the provisions of paragraph 2 of the same article in the case of the
preceding paragraph.

Article 16 (Responsibility for parking)
When a guest uses the parking lot of the Company, regardless of whether or not
the key of the vehicle is deposited, the Company shall lend the guest a parking
space and shall not be responsible for the management of the vehicle.

Article 17 (Guest's Responsibility)
In the event that the Company suffers damages due to reasons attributable to a
guest, said guest shall be obligated to compensate the Company for such damages.

Article 18 (Language)
The English translation of this Agreement, if any, is for reference only and the

Article 19 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

The Akita District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance

The Company's room charge and penalty fee shall be as follows. However, in the
