THE BEATING HEART OF FOOD DISTRIBUTION

We’ve become the region’s emergency food partner and so much more. We provide
hope and help to lift families out of crisis. Every day, our caring staff and
volunteers work diligently to reduce hunger in our region and connect people to
the support they need.






KEY INVESTMENTS SOLVE THE CHALLENGE

Closing the hunger gap in our region is within our reach. The solution is simple
but will require the resources and support of our community to get us there.

Your support will enable the Freestore Foodbank to enhance its capacity to
distribute more meals and impact the lives of our neighbors in need. Together,

Where Your Money Will Go:


GROWING IN SCALE

$20M Investment

We’re investing in the right modern storage and infrastructure to scale capacity
to meet the entire need for missing meals and to enroll more students in our
workforce training.

A new 224,000 square feet distribution and workforce training center will
provide critical refrigeration and freezer capacity, eliminate inefficiencies,
and ensure more fresh, healthy foods can be supplied.






INVESTING IN PARTNERS

$5M Investment

The nature of community food pantries is changing. We’re supporting 500+ network
partners and pantries who need to store and distribute more food and take in
greater quantities of perishable food.






EXPANDING SERVICES

$5M Investment

We’re expanding our vital support services and successful workforce training
programs in addition to solidifying our endowment to better address the root
causes of hunger and poverty in our community.

partnership with our community, and our vision is to create a hunger-free,
healthy, and thriving community. To achieve this vision, our objectives are to
provide nutritious food, connect to support services and offer a pathway from
crisis to stability.
