6. Technician License: How often do I have to pay the initial fee?

Great question! The initial fee is a one-time payment to lock-in your tier.

7. Technician License: How long do I have to use the licenses in my tier?

Each month, at the beginning of the month, the count starts over.

8. Technician License: What happens if I don't use all my licenses during the
month?

Actually, this is a common misunderstanding. It’s not a “use it or lose it”
structure. Rather, you can use up to the number of allowed licenses in your tier
each month. You’ll only be invoiced for the ones you use.

EXAMPLE: Let’s say you purchase a 10-Use Technician License on the 27th day of a
month, and only use 4 before the month ends. You only pay for those 4, and your
count goes back up to 10 starting the following month.

Note:License count resets at 11:59pm PST on the last day of each month.

9. Technician License: How will I be billed, and how frequently?

When you purchase your tier, you’ll be charged for the initial fee immediately.
From there, you’ll be charged at the end of each subsequent month, for the
number of uses within that month. You’ll be charged at the per-license rate of
your tier.

10. Technician License: Where or to whom will my invoices be sent?

Invoices will be sent to the name & contact information used during checkout. To
update or change your information, please email partners@laplink.com.

11. Technician License: What if I want to change my tier and are there fees
associated with this?

To upgrade your tier, go to laplink.com/contact and chat with any of the Laplink
representatives standing by 24/7. You will be charged the difference in the
initial tier fees and your new per license price will not be in affect until the
following month.

To downgrade your tier please reach out to laplink.com/contact and the
adjustment will be made, free of charge.
