Our Benefits
We want you to grow while you’re here, and our benefits are aimed at helping you

HEALTHCARE
You will receive a monthly stipend to support the cost of premium for health,
dental, and vision insurance plans.
VACATION
For your first year, you’ll have 12 paid holidays and 15 days PTO. You’ll get an
extra day of PTO each year up to 30 days.
MISSION TRIP
You have an additional 5 days of PTO to pursue mission or
volunteer-oriented work.
CONTINUING EDUCATION

It is vital that we get to know you and for you to get to know us in the
interview process. Here is what you can expect at a minimum:

This is to assess basic job fit and ensure there is alignment on general
expectations moving forward.
INTERVIEW 1
TEAM
The focus here is both culture and job fit. You’ll meet with most of the team,
and we’ll ask a lot of questions “about a time when” or “what you would do in
this situation.”
INTERVIEW 2
EXECUTIVE TEAM / BOARD
The focus here is also culture and job fit and will be with the Executive Team
and often includes at least one Board member.
