FEATURED SPEAKERS

To kick off the conference on Sunday, we’ll hear from Erica Keswin, best-selling
author and workplace strategist who has worked for the past 20 years with some
of the most iconic brands in the world as a consultant, speaker, author and
professional dot-connector. On Monday, we’ll hear from Dr. Eddie Glaude, Jr.,
scholar, best-selling author, political commentator, public intellectual and
passionate educator who examines the complex dynamics of the American
experience.

On Tuesday, we’ll hear from a panel of leaders from several higher ed
associations as they share recruitment and retention challenges and successes
and opportunities for stronger partnerships with HR. Panelists are Kevin Kruger,
president and CEO, NASPA — Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education;
Lander Medlin, president and CEO, APPA — Leadership in Education Facilities;
and John O’Brien, president and CEO, EDUCAUSE — Higher Education Information
Technology Leaders. Jami Painter, associate vice president and chief HR officer
at University of Illinois System, will facilitate the panel discussion.
