Danilex Surveyors and Contractors Ltd is a company with limited liability
founded in 2012 to provide a truly independent and special service in an
industry where knowledge and experience counts. Our talented teams of key
personnel enjoy a wealth of experience providing an in-depth and comprehensive
understanding of a range of engineering services, backed by a core of
professional competence, experience and dedication with a wide range of skills
and access to latest technology to achieve clients’ particular needs and
requirements which are unique to every environment.

To this extent, Danilex Surveyors and Contractors Ltd strives to meet the
demands of its clients and treats its own team for each contract to provide
adequate satisfaction.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Danilex Surveyors and Contractors Ltd’s goal is to implement projects to total
satisfaction of our clients in a manner that conforms to ethical professional
practice. Realizing good quality is dependent on all aspects of our operations
such as requirement for high quality staff and establishment of effective
project management. The guiding principle for our quality assurance is to link
it loosely to project implementation activities thus focusing quality assurance
on work processes rather than only results. The advantage of this approach lies
in maintaining a partial focus that allows for early corrective measures.
Danilex Surveyors and Contractors Ltd’s typical scope of quality assurance
encompasses check and back stops in project planning, project implementation,
project results, in-depth review through quality assurance team audits of
project progress, reports and reality objectives and critical assumptions. At
DSCL, quality assurance of any projects undertaken is based on a logical frame
work comprising of normal control, extended control, intensive control and
quality team audits applied to project planning and monitoring.


STATEMENT OF CAPABILITY

In all we do, DSCL exhibit the highest quality and attention to detail. Every
staff is familiar with the slogan that drives us at our work place (“At DSCL, We
Make You Proud”). We have a database of experts which serves as a flexible
resource which can be mobilized effectively to meet intellectual challenges. Our
services are provided by experts with first hand industrial and field
experience. DSCL work with reputable sister companies to foster mutual expertise
transfer as well as strengthen innovativeness and technological know-how amongst
our staff. It’s DSCL’s philosophy to provide clients with resumes of selected
staff, thus abridged CVs of some key staff and supporting references are
herewith attached.


WORKING RELATIONS

We always endeavor to establish strong partnering relationships with our
clients, and sub-contractors which we believe contributes to a seamless and
enjoyable building process for all involved. Danilex Surveyors and Contractors
