GREAT STAY
I've been staying around the Homestead area for past few years and this is
by far my favorite hotel. Hotel/rooms are very clean and modern. Also the
EV parking/charging was a game changer for me. Staff was also amazing and
friendly. Full size kitchen.

TOWNPLACE SUITES MIAMI/HOMESTEAD OFFERS SIUPERIOR EXPERIENCE AND VALUE.
We are lifetime Gold Marriott guests who joined in February 2000. Have
stayed in some of the best places all over the world. Have visite Florida
over 100 times - all over.TownPlace has one of the top values within the
Marriott chain . Well designed and maintained and superior to almost any
thing within it's price range. Great location if you are going to the Keys
or race track. EVERYTHING works here. Grat staff with people like Courtney,
Wendell, Millie and others. Functional and well maintained.

The hotel was more than I expected. The room was so well equipped and
everything worked so well. If we are headed in this direction again, we

I WAS NOT SAFE!
They do not abide by hotel protocol. During my stay the front desk
associate provided someone on who was not on my reservation nor did I give
permission access to my suite. When I made it back to my room and found out
I went to the front desk to ask why the young lady said because she thought
he was with us. Ma’am he does to have my same last name, he only needed to
give you a name and his ID to gain access. I asked her for the hotel
protocol she could not advise. I asked the sales manager what the protocol
was she could not answer as well. So I advised I will call corporate to get
the protocol. When I called corporate they said I would need to speak to
the general manager. When I finally spoke to her I got a I’m sorry. Which
is not enough. Would it have been a sorry if someone was abducted or
killed?

GREAT STAY - MINOR DETAILS
The hotel greeted and attended to us quickly and courteously - including
when a smoke detector kept going off. It is a clean space and comfortable.
Minor details - the breakfast could have offered more fresh food instead of
packaged, and another chair in room would’ve been nice.
