The NHE TEAM is the best! The second I wanted to buy a house they had me
pre-approved for a loan that same night so I was able to put in an offer the
very next day which was accepted! Such a great and easy process w/ them.

Justin and the NHE Team have been great throughout our whole process. They
never rushed us and were super patient. We were first time home buyers and
they answered any questions we had and explained it in simple terms for us.
Even after we have closed on our home, they have reached out to us to make
sure everything is working properly. We would recommend them to any of our
friends that are looking to buy a new home.

Where do I start? Justin helped up purchase our home, sight unseen, while my
family and I relocated from the United Kingdom. Justin went out of his way on
several occasions to communicate with us through the immense time difference,
often answering the phone in the wee hours of the morning to assist us. Not
only that, he negotiated for us on our behalf and landed us the house of our
dreams the VERY first day the house was on the market, and did so again to
get every repair we asked for from the seller. We arrived to a beautiful
house many weeks later which we had already come to know as our new home well
before we arrived. It still feels just like that. I cannot give Justin a
higher recommendation! He’s the man you want in your corner. I never expected
such a level of effort, and I was beyond grateful for his help.

Justin rose to becoming my preferred realtor with every showing, every email
and text message. He stood out because of his responsiveness, honesty,
willingness to work through different scenarios to narrow down different
options. He helped me think and I ended up buying a wonderful place in a
perfect location. I was buying a home on my own for the first time, and I
didn't know Phoenix all that well. He didn't ask me to sign an exclusivity
agreement before even showing me a home (like realtor #1). He didn't try to
friend me and upsell me to a townhome in Scottsdale (like realtor #2). He
didn't just passively sent me listings (realtor #3). He and his business
partner showed the best layouts I could afford, which were too far away. I
felt like I was learning something important every time we talked. The
inventory was low and the homes were flying off the market in one afternoon,
we missed a few homes just because they went to pending before he'd submit an
offer. We filled out the HUD application for a place that I liked, but we
didn't place the winning bid. I found the home on my own from a different
website, but I wanted Justin to be my realtor because I trusted his advice.
He helped me liaise with one of the potential lenders. He went above and
beyond. When I say that I made a trusted friend, I would not exaggerate. I
will never forget how the guys came to my hotel with the key to my new place,
my managers knew I was expecting them and bought the balloons for me. If you
are looking for a smart adviser you can trust, you have found him in Justin.

I do not typically write reviews - after all life is short and the sun is
already high - but with Justin I make an enthusiastic exception: I
wholeheartedly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a realtor. I could
write extensively about how Justin is thoroughly qualified to help you due to
his years of experience and his insider knowledge as an Arizona native, but
these are things many realtors offer. . . Let me tell you a few of the things
that really set him apart as exceptional. First off, from day one, my wife
and I felt very comfortable working with Justin, and I cannot stand a
salesman. You’ll be pressed to find a more courteous and honest guy. We both
felt that Justin was a real friend and ally helping us find precisely what we
were looking for. I lack experience in real estate and this was our first
home, and I imagine I’m not the only one who looks forward to the home but
not the home-buying process! Justin very patiently and carefully explained
everything to us - we never felt lost or overwhelmed at any point. In
retrospect, the experience was exciting and enjoyable! Furthermore, Justin
absolutely nailed it in terms of getting us where we wanted to be; the house
Justin found with us ticks every box on our list and is in as ideal of a
location as we could ask for. Justin had a sense very early on of what was
important to us, and the properties we toured together were definitely
appropriate. In the end, we got a better home than we expected for less than
we expected and just a block from my work! One last word: we bought our house
in the midst of graduating medical school and adopting a child in the middle
of a pandemic, and Justin navigated the entire situation with incredible
patience and grace, being very flexible and responsive during a very dynamic
few weeks. He is really an above-and-beyond kind of guy, and I will be
returning to him for future business as well as recommending his services to
my friends and family. Thank you Justin!

My experience with Justin was a great example of how the best real estate
agent should be. Before the house that I finally was able to buy, we had 3
house that we had put offers on. I was getting really frustrated and tired of
the process with no return. He helped keep me going, as buying a house has
been a long time goal. He kept me informed of what was going on, called,
texted and emailed, and was knowledge in the real estate business. I will
recommend Justin to any one I know for any Real Estate transaction.
