In 2023, we celebrate our anniversary - 30 years of continuous innovation in
technology and software development. By working together and building strong

 * 1993
   
   The company was founded as Nethrom by a Dutch investor, being the first
   foreign IT company established in Cluj-Napoca. Focused on software
   development, it quickly gained trust within Dutch companies.


 * 2006
   
   Nethrom becomes part of TSS. A few months later, Nethrom becomes Yonder. This
   helped us understand the dynamics of each vertical market where we operate so
   we can create effective and efficient solutions for our customers.


 * 2012
   
   We opened a new professional delivery center in Iași, Romania.


 * 2013
   
   TSS became part of CSI.
   
   This opened us to a world of knowledge on how to run successful software
   companies and transform organisations with innovation.


 * 2023
   
   30 years of continuous innovation, celebrated by +400 colleagues and 87 long
   - and short-term customers from 3 continents (Europe, North America, and
   Australia) in 18 different countries with expertise in over 30 verticals
