ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES

Are required by law when a building is built, sold or put up for rent. If you
are a landlord or homeowner and need to provide an Energy Performance
Certificate (EPC), this will need to be completed by an accredited domestic
energy assessor.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN OUR EP

A commercial EPC and a residential EPC survey time will vary according to the
size of the property. The on-site assessment is visual only. The energy assessor
will record and collect building data and calculate and capture the relevant
areas to create the Energy Performance Certificate and display the current and
prospective energy efficiency ratings and scores. We get the necessary
information while booking the on-site appointment then we will suggest an
estimated survey time.

We can also help if you are a business or homeowner in Manchester and want to
know what can be done to reduce your energy costs.
