WHO CAN USE THE ING BANKING APP?

ING customers aged 12 and over can download and use our app. You can install it
on almost any smartphone or tablet with an internet connection such as:

·         iPhone or iPad with iOS version 12.4 or higher

·         Android with operating system 6.0 or later


WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE NEW APP?

The new ING Banking app is built on a global platform, making it possible to
introduce new functionalities quickly and easily. In the upcoming months, we
will add more features.

Some of our features:

·         Business and private profile: manage your professional and private
accounts in one app.

·         Check your balance: instantly see the balance and transaction history
for all your accounts.

·         Make payments in euros: transfer money in euros (SEPA) to any account
in Europe.

·         Access mandated accounts: view, manage and sign for accounts for which
you have authorization.

·         Self-service corner: manage your cards and accounts on the go.

·         … and more: Face ID and fingerprint option to log in and sign
payments, etc.


WHAT IF I LOSE MY SMARTPHONE?

If your device with the ING Banking app on it gets lost or stolen, we recommend
you to block your mobile profile via Business'Bank. Select "Action" next to your
lost or stolen device from the list and choose "Remove profile".

You can also have your app blocked by calling us on +32 2 464 60 04. Our
employees are at your disposal Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and
Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can set up the app again anytime, either on
a new device or on your old one.


BUSINESS’BANK VS. THE ING BANKING APP: WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

Business'Bank is part of the ing.be website. This is ING's online portal. To
access it, you need web access, your debit card and a card reader or use
itsme®. 

The ING Banking app is a mobile app. Once installed on your smartphone, you can
access all your personal and business accounts directly from your mobile device.


WHAT IF I DON'T OWN A CARD READER?

This video shows how easy and quick it is to install the ING Banking app with
itsme®. Without itsme®, you will need your ING debit card and card reader to log
in for the first time and start using the app. If you don't own one yet, you can
order an ING Card Reader online now.





WHICH LANGUAGES ARE SUPPORTED?

The ING Banking app follows the language settings of your device and is
available in Dutch, French and English.


IS THE ING BANKING APP SECURE?

The ING Banking app is protected by the same secure technology of our online
services Business'Bank and Home'Bank. To install the app on your device, you
need your debit card and card reader. Your account and login details are never
saved on the device itself and nobody can access your accounts without the
5-digit code only you know. If you have fingerprint or facial recognition on
your device, you can also use it to log in.

CAN I ACCESS BOTH MY PROFESSIONAL AND PRIVATE PROFILE IN THE NEW APP?

Yes, from the moment you are migrated, you will only need the ING Banking app to
access your professional and/or private profile. No need to switch between apps
anymore.


WHAT CAN I FIND UNDER ‘SERVICES’?

On the bottom right of your screen, you’ll see ‘Services’. Check out everything
you can do yourself. Ordering a new debit card for example, changing its limit
and more!


CAN I ACCESS MULTIPLE PROFILES IN THE NEW APP?

For now, you’ll have access to one private profile for all your private accounts
and one professional profile with an overview of all your professional accounts.
