SEARCH

SEARCH FUNCTION
* Displays prices and UOM in seconds when typing keywords or Platts codes
* Shows news headlines related to the keywords/symbols and time of when is
published (X minutes ago)
* Allows to filter by price assessments, news, rational and market commentary,
subscriber notes and publications* under see ALL RESULTS.
* Provides a Boolean search to find information by adding AND, NOT or OR using
capital letters. For multiple symbols, use OR.
*The search for publications works as keywords that match the name of the
report. You can access up to 5 years.
CLICK IMAGES TO ZOOM:
Add Platts codes to a LIST (new or existing) or create a CHART directly for a
selected set of symbols. You can do both or only one of the two.
1. Search for a keyword, for example, jet kero
2. Click on See all price assessments
3. You can use filters, for example, Frequency Daily and Benchmarks
4. Select prices, then click SAVE and CREATE NEW LIST, or save to an existing
list
5. Then click CHART
Note: Save your chart and you can do all the regular features (add symbols,
change colors, remove/hide codes, add more charts, etc)
SEARCH ALERTS
Alert pages (example PCR210, which is a duplicate of PGA210) can be found
through SEARCH by doing the following:
1. Type on Search – top bar – your keyword, ie: CRUDE
2. Click on SEE ALL RESULTS
3. Scroll down, and click on ”Didn´t find what you are looking for?“
4. Choose the Service Line (ALERT) you are looking for, ie: PCR
5. Select the page number you are looking for.
6. Click on the desired page

5 YEARS
When selecting a price assessment from the Search function, it opens the Price
Profile page where you can see a 5 years chart, some details of the symbol, and
rationale (if applicable).
45 DAYS
Also, you can export 45 days of rolling historic data for a single symbol.
EMAIL ALERTS

EMAIL ALERTS
* Allows to set up email notifications alerts for prices, publications, news
prices, market commentary, rationales and subscriber notes.
* Price Alert allows to set up a separate email for each symbol. If the last
price published get corrected, you will get another email. If the price is
corrected after the published date, no email will be received.
* Publication Alert allows to receive an email once the publication is
available on the platform. The email will include a link to the publication,
not attached as a file.
* News & Insights allows to receive an email notification of news that have
your preferred filters. The option keyword is not available, but in Dashboard
you can set up news filtered by “keyword”
* Digest Alert allows to select all items in a single alert (prices, news, or
publications) and receive one email at your preferred time.You can import an
existing LIST both in PRICES and DIGEST tabs.
* To pause or delete alerts, go to Manage Alerts.

* Allows to personalize the data you follow (no limit in the numbers of
widgets, lists, or pages)
* You must save before moving to another section of the product
* The list widget creates a set of symbols (can be cross-commodity) or can be
imported from an existing List. Allows to export 45 days of rolling history.
- Symbol snapshot widget shows the latest values and some details of the symbol
selected (reference data)
- Rational/Market Commentary allows you to save your preferred filters to access
this information afterward
- News and Insight widget allows you to filter news and access articles directly
from your Dashboard, with a keyword filter (search) optional

BROADCAST FUNCTION
The dashboard allows you to link symbols in the List widget with your Symbol
Snapshot or Advanced Charting widgets. Activate broadcast ON to both widgets,
then click on any symbol in your list to see updated accordingly to that symbol
selected.
