Welcome to Okoboji Oasis! Escape to this spacious and fully equipped cabin at
Bridges Bay Resort, located across the street from a free swimming pool.

Take advantage of everything Okoboji has to offer including local restaurants,
bars, live entertainment, boat ramps, public beaches, Arnold's Park amusement
park, a 14-mile paved bike path, and several golf courses.

The space
The cabin features 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, patio with grill and fire
pit, and fully stocked kitchen.

The main level (no steps) includes a master bedroom with king-size bed and full
bathroom, kitchen with granite countertops, large pantry to hold your food for
the week, dining table (additional leaves and folding chairs available in the
hall closet), washer/dryer, half bathroom, and living area with couch and love
seat.

The upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, a loft area, and another full bathroom.

Out the back door is a patio and large open green space, perfect for yard games
and roasting marshmallows.

Cabin includes:
• Plates, cups, cookware, utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, electric griddle,
pizza pan
• Blender, hand mixer, Keurig machine, drip coffee maker & filters
• Complimentary K-cups
• Cooking spray, canola oil, salt/pepper
• Paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent
• Linens, bath towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper,
hair dryer
• Full size washer and dryer (detergent included), ironing board, iron
• Room darkening shades in the bedrooms
• Wifi, 5 smart TVs, Blue-ray player
• Small pool toys for the kids
• Four kids bikes
• Beach towels
• Playing cards and bag toss
• Patio table & chairs, fire pit (firewood available at The Boondocks gas
station), lighter, gas grill (propane provided), grilling utensils, pie irons,
and roasting sticks

Where you'll sleep:
• Bedroom 1 (main level) - King bed and large walk-in closet perfect for a Pack
'n Play
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - King bed + twin floor mattress
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - Queen bed
• Loft area (upstairs) - Queen bed, love seat that pulls out into a twin bed,
futon, twin floor mattress

Each sleeping area has it's own smart TV so you can log in and watch your
favorite shows.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home as well as the amenities offered by Bridges
Bay Resort.

The resort features an indoor waterpark, large outdoor pool with swim-up bar and
waterslides, three community pools (no wristband required), an arcade, fitness
center, zipline, basketball courts, fishing pond, boat hoists, playground,
Bracco Restaurant, and The Waterfront Bar and Grille.

Included with your stay are 6 free daily passes to the waterpark!

Okoboji Oasis is just a short walk from the lake and there's a nearby dock where
you can fish and watch the boaters.

The cabin has an extra wide driveway that accommodates 3 vehicles and the 2-car
garage offers plenty of space for your toys. Additional parking is available for
boats and trailers across the street from the basketball courts.

Other things to note
We welcome guests who meet the following criteria:
1. AirBnb users who have been verified and have a profile picture
2. Renters above the age of 25
3. AirBnb users who have completed a previous stay without a negative review

This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed. No parties or large
gatherings (no bachelor or bachelorette parties allowed).

Wonderful place to stay and close to all of the amenities of Bridges Bay. We
loved it here! So much space and everything you need. The community pool was
perfect for a quick little swim if you don’t want the crowd of the waterpark.
But the access to Bridges Bay was close by and perfect! Would definitely
recommend and come back again!

Kurt and Kaylee’s place was everything we needed and more! We had a large group
and it was so well stocked for everyone from towels to dishes / utensils. The
beds and linens were cozy and it was so awesome they provide extra chairs and
the ability to extend the dining room table so we could all eat / play games
together. The hosts were super responsive and left us a thoughtful note and
goodies. The passes came in handy and couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot.

Kurt & Kaylees place was amazing and accommodating for our family! We were close
to two small community pools and within walking distance of the water park. They
were responsive to questions during our stay and accommodated special requests
we had. The space was very clean and exactly as described. We will definitely be

Wow! This was a dream vacation for our family. The Bridges Bay resort is a
walkable distance from the home. The community pool is right by the house as

This property is located at Bridges Bay Resort in Arnold's Park, Iowa.

The resort features an indoor waterpark, large outdoor pool with swim-up bar and
waterslides, three community pools (no wristband required), an arcade, fitness
center, zipline, basketball courts, fishing pond (privately owned, so no license
required), boat hoists, playground, Bracco Restaurant, and The Waterfront Bar
and Grille.

Included with your stay are 6 free daily passes to the waterpark, which also
includes 2 rides on SkyRyder Zipline.

There are several smaller community pools located throughout the resort that are
free to use and do not require a wristband. One of these pools is located
directly across the street from our cabin.

Our back yard features a large open space that's perfect for yard games.

The Okoboji area offers many restaurants, bars, live entertainment, boat ramps,
public beaches, Arnold's Park amusement park, a 14-mile paved bike path, and
several golf courses.
