WHY CAN’T COMPANIES GRASP THAT OVERSEA DEVS ARE NOT GOOD

Yes they are 10x cheaper but I have first hand seen the code that gets pumped
out. It is beyond garbage, completely un maintainable. Sure everything will be
nice and smooth the first year of a project, but 10 years down the line, with no
