The laptop was collected by courier and repaired very quickly. It was returned to me next-day after the repair had been completed. Georgia provided excellent communication throughout which kept me reassured and I never had to chase for an update. The Macbook's screen was replaced and the Macbook now looks brand new - they did a brilliant job.
