OUTLOOKFBTHREADWND APPEARS WHEN SHUTTING DOWN * Thread starter Guest * Start date Dec 2, 2004 G GUEST * Dec 2, 2004 * * #1 I get this message when shutting down Outlook 2003. Can't find a solution to correct this. Help Reply Ad ADVERTISEMENTS J JIMMY CLAY * Dec 2, 2004 * * #2 I actually don't know what that message means. I looked it up on google and did not find much information. But you might try running scanpst.exe. On my computer it's in directory: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\SCANPST.EXE" If it's not there on yours you'll have to search for it. But the program will scan your outlook files and repair them if they need it. You might need to do a search for the file "Outlook.pst" so that you'll know where it's located once you start scanpst.exe. This may or may not work but it's worth a try. Also make copy of the "Outlook.pst" file in another directory before you do the scan. Just in case something goes wrong. -- Jimmy Clay Read free ebooks !!!!!
