We recently bought a $19.99 vbucks card and after returning home we scratched
the back to redeem it and all we get is this error: The prepaid card could not
be redeemed. Please try again later. (WC-40371-5) There is no customer service
number to call nor does the website give you any information on how to refund
your money or redeem the Vbucks. RIP OFF!

I've spent $60 on these fortnite v-bucks cards and my son has tried to put every
one of them on Nintendo switch which it says at the bottom it goes for. And it
will not allow me to put v-bucks on Nintendo switch with the cards and it is
ridiculous I have spent $60. 3-19.99 cards. And no one will talk to me to tell
me why this is happening

I attempted to redeem my V-bucks cards that I purchased. There is a catch
though.
You can not redeem them on PlayStation 5 if you already downloaded Fortnite on a
different epic games account they said. I asked customer service if they can
help. They needed me to create another email account on my Fortnite and then
promote the Other epic games. Yet by doing this it defeats the purpose of
connecting accounts and having the ability to use the 6,000 V-bucks I already
have and 300 levels Id like to use my current skins instead of having to
purchase them again on a new account.
Its just inconvenient and Im not happy about the fact they dont mention ps5 isnt
compatible.
My advice is, Just purchase the PlayStation gift cards ! It saves you a
headache.

cards if you have a PlayStation. There is honestly just one step. And it works

I had bought a 37 dollar vbuck card, and it did not go to my account. I had
contacted these people praying they can get to epic and I could get my vbucks.
Few minutes later I got a email saying it was delivered to epic and I needed to
wait. I was happy and thought I would get my vbucks, but 5 days later, I got a
email saying epic decided not to look at my message. I was dissatisfied because
5 days to tell me that? And I didnt give up, I emailed them directly and asked
for a refund, 30 minutes later I had help and felt satisfied.
If this ever happens to you, contact epic instead of these people. Theyre not
helpful at all, 5 days or 30 minutes, which do you prefer.
