Worldwide. The first satellite office is based in Temasek Polytechnic,

In an increasingly connected world, how can we engage and deliver skincare and
beauty solutions to a new digital generation of female consumers, comprising of
230 million Facebook users in 8 countries?

Introducing the Shiseido Beauty Consultant. APAC’s first A.I. that utilises its
Natural Language Processing to provide tailored skincare and beauty solutions
direct to every user.




JAPAN NATIONAL TOURISM ORGANISATION

To capture the many different segments in Singapore - young, families, couples
and even the affluent - an online space was developed where Singaporeans can
discover beautiful Japan and its attractions through the eyes of Japanese
locals. Content was crowdsourced from Japanese locals and are served based on
user interest and content relevance. Upcoming development phases will further
enhance user content personalisation by interest and proximity, as they surf.




VOLKSWAGEN MICROSITE

To further improve lead generation, the Volkswagen website was re-designed for
mobile. Adopting UX best practices, improvement to the overall user experience
was achieved by allowing customers to easily consume information, browse models
on-the-go and register for test drives.




MYSAMSUNG APP

mySamsung is a customer care programme designed to help you easily set up,
manage and optimise your Samsung products. Available on mobile and web app, it
offers a wealth of tips for Samsung users to learn more about their products and
get support easily. Connected to Samsung customer service systems throughout the
region, users can also register and track their device warranty online, report
device issues, chat with live support agents, redeem attractive rewards and
more! mySamsung is available in 11 APAC countries.




PRES APP

For Equator, a world’s first ‘personal black box’ that harnesses technology to
save lives in the event of a terrorist attack, disaster or accident. It detects
danger, alarms loved ones, captures data and beams out low-frequency signals to
enable search and rescue.




CRAFTED BY MY HEART

Meet the world’s first artisanal precious ring that is crafted by your heart –
literally. This technology-retail experience captures and converts a consumer’s
emotions into jewellery via an app, and cuts down wait-time with 3D printed
models.
