HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register by completing the online registration form and entering your
education code to qualify for a free pass.
If you do not have an education code, you can request one by completing this
separate form and a member of the team will approve your registration.
HOW CAN I REDEEM AN EDUCATION CODE TO ATTEND FOR FREE?
UK healthcare professionals working within the NHS, private hospitals, hospice,
primary care networks, care homes, general practice, ICS, CCG, CSU, military,
academic organisations or secure environments are eligible to use an education
bursary code to waive the FULL cost to attend Oncology Professional Care and
Genomics and Precision Medicine Expo. The event team will have the final
decision to validate a pass. If you do not have an education code, you can
request one by completing this separate form and a member of the team will
approve your registration.

WHAT IF I REGISTER BUT CAN’T ATTEND?
You can use your pass on both or either day of both events. There is a £99+VAT
non-attendance fee should your education bursary code be redeemed and not used.

2023 or transfer your ticket to a colleague by contacting us

INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES AND COMMERCIAL COMPANIES
If you are from outside the UK or work for a commercial company, you
will not qualify for free pass but you can purchase passes. Commercial passes
are priced at £499+VAT.
Your pass will give you access to all areas at the co-located events, Oncology
Professional Care and Genomics and Precision Medicine Expo.
Please note, commercial companies and international delegates will be invoiced
£499+VAT if they attend the event under a complimentary pass. To ensure only
those who qualify apply for a complimentary pass, we ask for you to sign a

HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION

for our attendees. If you’re unsure of your requirements at this stage, the
flexible cancellation terms will allow you to make amendments and cancellations
at no charge until closer to the event date. However, we do advise that you book

Yes. Oncology Professional Care and Genomics and Precision Medicine Expo are CPD
certified and you will receive an attendance CPD certificate up to 6 weeks after
the event takes place.

co-located event, Oncology Professional Care. The Poster Zone is a dedicated
area on the exhibition floor where posters will be displayed and viewed by
hundreds of healthcare professionals.
