Bowed basement wall repair.
Basement Wall Strap
Recently, on my finished basement remodel I discovered one of my basement walls
had bowing and shearing due to outside water pressure. I had called several
basement repair companies who all sold similar solutions. All of the repair
quotes 2x to 3x the cost of the steel wall straps. They were very easy to
install, with virtually no preparation work and went in very easy behind
electrical and wall framing! The directions were easy to follow, and all the
materials were included in the sale for installation. I'd be willing to provide
pictures with my testimonial as that was the only thing the comapny and product
is missing.

Couldn't ask for better

Used the product to fix a joist and the bldg inspector was skeptical until I
showed the video and the credentials of the engineer (designer). Saved me major
bucks. Also appreciated that all tools needed were included and that it was

Product is outstanding. Placed joist strap then cut large 6.5” notch to route
ducting through. Joist is probably stronger than before and no soft spots on
upstairs floor. This product is a lifesaver when you’re in a “no other options”
scenario like I was.

Compromised Joist

After watching your videos, the installation was fairly easy. I was bridging a
void at the top of the joist which made the drilling and fastening more of a
challenge. I feel more comfortable now knowing that I have an engineered product
installed in a formerly compromised joist!
