After 2 years the app still doesn't work. After leaving the app (e.g. to view a
PDF) I couldn't see any new messages. I could here the sound, but the chat would
not update. I had to exit the chat and enter again to see new messages. Super
annoying, and probably a rookie coding mistake that somehow wasn't caught by QA.
Very unfortunate.

I have to say, when I was suggested this app through my insurance, I was
skeptical. However, I was assigned my own Health Assistant and, when she is not
available through her personal phone extension, this app allows me to send her a
secure personal message. She gets back to me ASAP and I don't have to go through
the hassle of listening and entering into the entire insurance phone system.
It's been a blessing and SUPER easy to use!

It's comforting to have nurses and assistance on hand, but I have experienced
some outages (being cut off during a chat session, chat not working, etc)
recently. Probably due to heavy workload during annual enrollment. I do depend
on this app quite a bit, it does help me navigate this confusing world of health
insurance!
