TAX PREPARATION

Virtual appointments handled via mail, email, phone, and video conferencing. Our
preparers are tech savvy and flexible so we can adapt to the client’s
preferences. If a face to face appointment is desired, we can accommodate under
most circumstances. Staff is experienced and up-to-date with the most recent tax
laws. All returns are reviewed for accuracy and quality by a seasoned Enrolled
Agent. Each filed return includes audit assistance at no extra charge.




PAYROLL SERVICE

We provide your business with accurate, full-service payroll processing and
payroll tax compliance. We make all payroll tax deposits for your business and
file all necessary payroll tax returns on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
You can provide the payroll inputs for us to process, or, you can do it yourself
depending on your needs.




VIRTUAL CFO, ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING SERVICES

We will craft and manage an efficient, effective accounting and bookkeeping
system for your business. Our objective is to provide you with the financial
insights from past operations so you can make prudent decisions for future

Quadrant 2 comes from the book “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen
R. Covey. His teachings explain how activities we focus our time and energy into
fall into one of four quadrants:

 * Quadrant 2 – Not urgent, but important
 * Quadrant 3 – Urgent but not important
 * Quadrant 4 – Not urgent & not important 

 Quadrant 2 includes activities that could easily be put off for their lack of
apparent urgency, but which will greatly benefit your life in the long term if
you invest the time in them; they include developing relationships, defining
long term goals, exercising, and performing preventive maintenance (e.g. oil
changes for your car, health check-ups, flossing, or home maintenance). This
principle applies to personal financial activities such as tax planning,
retirement planning, and succession planning.
