The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local
NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact
in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging
with grass-groot initiatives.

ROLE

About the job and it’s activities


ABOUT

Global Volunteer will be responsible of running analysis on the needs of the
NGO/non-profits/foundation, identifying points for improvements in their social
projects and targeting the deficiencies by presenting realistic solutions that
will directly impact the capacity of these organization to contribute to the
development of the community they work with.


WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday, - 10:00 am - 3:00 pm


PROJECT ACTIVITIES

 * Week 1
   Onboarding meeting with NGO representatives
   Review the past projects/campaigns to analyse data, get insights and GCPs
   Analyse the scope of the social impact project/campaign and create a
   strategic plan to boost results
   Review of current procedures, identity strength and points for improvement
 * Week 2
   Map out current stakeholders
   Gather feedback from existing partners to improve collaboration
   Market research within the local community; enhancing partnerships between
   stakeholders
   Interview potential partners about their needs and ability to collaborate
   Build a Customer Flow for their partners
 * Week 3
   Set up / Improve social media/website presence for the social impact
   project/campaign of the NGO
   Create a branding guideline for the project/campaign
   Run on-demand workshops to tackle NGO projects deficiencies.
   Workshop: Stakeholder mapping and management training with the NGO/non-profit
   Workshop: Case solving
 * Week 4
   Organize branding events to promote NGO social impact project/campaign
   Host different networking events to seek for alliances and possible investors
   on the NGO social impact project/campaign
   Run on-demand workshops to tackle NGO projects deficiencies.
 * Week 5
   Run on-demand workshops to tackle NGO projects deficiencies.
   Host different networking events to seek for alliances and possible investors
   on the NGO social impact project/campaign
 * Week 6
   Collect data for outcome measurement. It's recommended to use NGO official
   data.
   Analyse data to determinate outcome results. Ensure to include analysis from
   the project/campaign to help to improve.
   Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit
   representatives.
