<b><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">is deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. Entry also confirms that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Prize Draw. </span></span></b></span></span><br>

promoter of the Prize Draw is Vector Limited (<b>Promoter</b>).</span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To be
eligible to win the </span></span><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Prize Draw</span></span><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span
style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">, the entrant must be over 16 years of age and must fully complete the Promoter’s Electric Vehicle survey (<b>Survey</b>). </span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Every
individual who has fully completed the Survey by midday on 28 July 2024 will automatically go into the Prize Draw. No late entries will be accepted. </span></span></span></span></li>

is a Prezzy Card to the value of $100<b> </b>(the <b>Prize</b>). There are a total of five Prizes to be won. </span></span></span></span></li>

winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn from all eligible entries at 9am on 29 July 2024. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to it.

winners of the Prize Draw will be notified by 6pm on 29 July 2024 by email from the Promoter and they will be asked to confirm their postal address and full name. The Promoter will send the Prizes to the winners
via signed courier to the postal address provided. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter’s email within three days, or does not accept the Prize within three days (or is unwilling or unable to do so), the Prize
will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen (at the Promoter’s discretion). </span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Employees
of the Promoter and its related companies or members of the employee’s families (including siblings, spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage,
adoption, co-habitation or other family extension) are not eligible to win the Prize Draw. </span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Neither
the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Prize shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize offered.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The
Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time.</span></span></span></span></li>

Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize where there is a breach of any of these terms and conditions or where the Promoter considers (in its sole discretion) that an entrant has gained unfair advantage
in participating in the Prize Draw or won using fraudulent or dishonest means.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Prize
is not redeemable for cash or transferable. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the Prize for another prize of like or equal value. No compensation will be
payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize or the substitute Prize for whatever reason.</span></span></span></span></li>

Terms and Conditions for Vector’s Electric Vehicle Survey Prezzy Card Prize Draw
Every individual who completes the Electric Vehicle survey will be entered in a
prize draw to win one of five Prezzy Cards to the value of $100 each, to be
chosen on Monday 29 July 2024 (the “Prize Draw”).
By completing the survey, the entrant is deemed to have read and accepted the
following terms and conditions. Entry also confirms that the entrant has the
necessary authority to enter the Prize Draw.
1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Vector Limited (Promoter).
2. To be eligible to win the Prize Draw, the entrant must be over 16 years of
age and must fully complete the Promoter’s Electric Vehicle survey
(Survey).
3. Every individual who has fully completed the Survey by midday on

4. Only one entry is allowed per Vector customer.
