Let LexisNexis help take the guesswork out of your business decisions. With
LexisNexis's online order and delivery system, you are able to preview applicant
information before you make a decision; and obtain insurance scores as well as
ancillary products used in underwriting personal lines or commercial lines
policies. The products and services available to agents are described in this
package.



This web site is designed to simplify the process of becoming an authorized user
of LexisNexis products. This process involves completing the online application,
submitting the application and associated forms electronically, printing the
Document Transmittal Form and faxing the Form along with required documentation
to LexisNexis. During the setup process, a site visit may be required for any
customer submitting an application.



This package is comprised of legal forms/documents and MUST be completed by an
individual authorized to sign legal documents on behalf of the agency/company.



If you need assistance or clarification at any time during the application
